Her experience expanded while working alongside a podiatrist, where she provided medical pedicures in a clinical setting. There, she gained an even deeper understanding of foot health, sanitation, and the importance of gentle, intentional care—especially for clients managing conditions such as fungus, diabetes, chronic foot issues, or sensitivity.

Over time, Ayana began to bridge the gap between medical-level care and a comfortable, welcoming environment. By combining techniques learned in a podiatry office with advanced steam therapy and careful, detailed methods, she developed a refined approach to foot care that prioritizes both safety and comfort.
